What is it?

The Dance of Life is a Balancing Act. Balance is always composed of 2 opposites:

  • Light & Dark
  • Night & Day
  • Yin & Yang
  • Good & Evil
  • Positive & Negative
  • Soul & Ego
  • Heart & Head
  • Strength & Weakness
  • and on & on.

If Life, or we, are unbalanced in either direction – Life, or we, will be ‘off’…Off-balance, Dis-harmony, Out of wack, etc.

Yes – even being unbalanced in the positive direction will create disharmony, this can be:

  • Overindulgence
  • Neglect
  • Create addictions
  • and much more.

It is in this off-balance & disharmony that we find:

  • Sadness
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Disease
  • and more.

We must learn to acknowledge and appreciate the positives and learn to accept, understand, learn and grow from the negatives. It’s during this awareness and actions that we are able to continually Dance the Dance of Life and put forth efforts to balance our lives.

This balance of The Dance of Life will create…

  • Peace
  • Happiness
  • Health
  • Abundance.

When we learn that the negatives are necessary for a balanced life and we understand the negatives are not an ‘evil’ and understand that there is a purpose, a lesson and an action needed to balance out the negative – we will grow and develop and Dance the Dance of Life into a Happy & Healthy Balanced Life. Even with this awareness, understanding and acceptance of the negatives – we may still have a difficult time with it often, and that is okay, we just have to be aware of the difficulty and release and move on. We will not always ‘understand’ the negative or the purpose, but if we recognize that there is always a reason & a balancing positive, we can learn to accept and have faith that there is a very important balancing positive for the negative situation.
